- Notarisation of transactions under commercial law
- Many years of activity and experience in private insurance and at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA in various functions (specialist function, management, project management in supervisory law).
- Many years of activity as head of the joint commission concerning the direct insurance agreement between Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein as well as in international working groups of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS)
- Member of the Board of the Swiss Society for Liability and Insurance Law
- Attorney-at-law and notary public of the Canton of Berne
